Stripe, HubSpot, GA4 and Google Ads in BigQuery or Snowflake
PipeKeel reads Stripe, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads through their APIs and loads them as analysis-ready tables into BigQuery, Snowflake, Google Sheets or PipeKeel storage — each run reads only what changed. Templates build MRR by product, Stripe fees, open pipeline, won deals, traffic by channel, top landing pages and wasted ad spend. Plans are flat-priced: no per-row or per-“active row” billing.
How it works
Connect each app
Stripe: a read-only restricted key. HubSpot: a service key with read scopes. GA4: a service account added to the property as a Viewer. Google Ads: sign in with Google — no developer token of your own.
Start from a template
Stripe daily revenue, MRR by product or fees by month; HubSpot open pipeline, won deals or new contacts by source; GA4 traffic by channel or top landing pages; Google Ads campaign performance or wasted search terms.
Choose where results go
BigQuery in your own project (Sovereign) or managed by PipeKeel (Express), Snowflake by append, replace or merge, or a Google Sheet your team already uses.
Schedule and get alerts
Run hourly or daily; Stripe and HubSpot read only records changed since the last run, GA4 and Ads re-read the last few days so late data is counted. Get an email or Slack message if something fails.
What you get
- Stripe: charges, refunds, invoices and lines, subscriptions with monthly amounts for MRR, customers, products, prices, fees and payouts
- HubSpot: contacts, companies, deals, tickets, owners and deal stages, plus any custom property
- Google Analytics 4: daily traffic, landing pages, pages, events, devices, places and e-commerce items
- Google Ads: daily campaigns, ad groups, keywords and search terms with cost and conversions, across many accounts
- Snowflake as a target: append, replace or merge, each in one transaction, with key-pair or token sign-in
- Join payments, CRM, traffic and ad spend with your database or warehouse tables in one pipeline
Questions
How do I get Stripe data into BigQuery?
Create a read-only restricted key in the Stripe Dashboard, connect it in PipeKeel, and add the Stripe source to a pipeline with a BigQuery target — or start from the Stripe daily revenue, MRR or fees template. Later runs read only what changed, through Stripe's events.
Can PipeKeel load HubSpot or GA4 into Snowflake?
Yes. Any source can go to a Snowflake target: PipeKeel stages the rows and appends, replaces or merges them into the table in one transaction, creating it if it doesn't exist. Sign in with a key pair, or a programmatic access token from a user with an authentication or network policy.
Do I need a Google Ads developer token?
No. Sign in with Google and allow Google Ads access; PipeKeel calls the API with its own access. You can still use your own OAuth client and refresh token if you prefer.
How is it priced?
By plan, not by rows: the same flat monthly price however many records your apps have. Sovereign pipelines' BigQuery costs are on your own Google Cloud bill.
