Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your organization moves to the free plan unless you've chosen a paid one. Nothing is deleted: if you have more active pipelines than the free plan allows, the most recently changed ones are paused, and you can activate them again any time within your plan's limit.
What's an Express credit?
Express pipelines run on PipeKeel's infrastructure and use credits: about 1 credit per vCPU-hour on the DuckDB engine, or per 10 GB processed on the BigQuery engine. Every run shows the credits it used. The free plan and the trial stop at their included credits; on paid plans, credits beyond the included amount are billed as overage. Sovereign pipelines don't use credits.
Who pays for BigQuery in Sovereign mode?
Sovereign pipelines run as BigQuery jobs in your own Google Cloud project, so Google bills you directly at your usual rates. PipeKeel shows the bytes each run billed, can estimate a run before it starts, and caps how much a query may scan.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly at any time under Admin → Billing. Changes are prorated. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a discount for early customers?
We're looking for a small number of design partners — teams who use PipeKeel early and give regular feedback — with special pricing for their first year. Write to [email protected].
