For Shopify stores

Shopify analytics in BigQuery, without code

PipeKeel connects to your Shopify store through the Admin API and loads orders, order line items, customers, products and variants as analysis-ready tables into BigQuery, Google Sheets or PipeKeel storage — every hour or every day, only what changed. Ready-made templates turn them into daily sales, product performance, customer value (RFM) and low-stock tables, and can tag VIP customers back in Shopify.

How it works

  1. Connect your store

Create an app in the Shopify Dev Dashboard with read access to orders, customers and products, install it on your store, and paste its client ID and secret into PipeKeel.

  2. Start from a template

Pick Shopify daily sales, product performance, customer value (RFM), low stock or VIP tagging. Each is a pipeline you can change on the canvas.

  3. Choose where results go

BigQuery in your own project (Sovereign), PipeKeel storage (Express), or a Google Sheet your team already uses.

  4. Schedule and get alerts

Run hourly or daily, read only what changed since the last run, and get an email or Slack message if something fails.

What you get

  • Orders, line items, customers, products, variants and stock
  • Incremental reads by updated_at — fast and inside Shopify's API limits
  • Templates: daily sales, best sellers, RFM segments, low stock
  • Tag customers, orders or products in Shopify from your results
  • Join with ads, payments or warehouse data in BigQuery

Questions

How do I get Shopify data into BigQuery?

Connect the store in PipeKeel with a Dev Dashboard app (client ID and secret), add the Shopify source to a pipeline with a BigQuery target, and schedule it. PipeKeel pages through the Admin GraphQL API within Shopify's rate limits and loads only what changed on later runs.

Can I see Shopify orders older than 60 days?

Yes — give the app the read_all_orders scope as well as read_orders; Shopify limits apps without it to the last 60 days.

Can PipeKeel write back to Shopify?

Yes: the Shopify tags target adds or removes tags on customers, orders or products — for example tagging VIP or win-back customers for Shopify Flow, segments and email campaigns.
