How it works

  1. Create a REST API key

    In WordPress: WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API → Add key, with Read access (Read/Write to send updates back).

  2. Connect it in PipeKeel

    Enter the store's address and the consumer key and secret. PipeKeel checks it can read your products.

  3. Start from a template

    WooCommerce daily sales, product performance, customer value (RFM) or low stock — then adapt it on the canvas.

  4. Schedule it

    Hourly or daily, only new or changed orders, with alerts when something fails.

Questions

How do I export WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets automatically?

Connect the store with a REST API key, add the WooCommerce source and a Google Sheet target to a pipeline (or start from a template), and schedule it. Each run replaces the sheet, or appends only new orders.

Does it slow down my WordPress site?

PipeKeel reads 100 records per request and, after the first run, only what changed — a few requests per run for most small stores.

Can PipeKeel update WooCommerce?

Yes: the WooCommerce updates target changes products, orders, customers or coupons by id — stock_quantity, prices, status — in batches of 100.
